Loving your apples but tired of apple pie?  

Get creative in the kitchen:

  • POACH APPLES IN CIDER OR WARM WATER AND CINNAMON FOR A SIMPLE DESSERT (THAT’S ALSO GREAT FOR YOUR DIGESTION!)
  • TOSS GRILLED APPLE SLICES INTO A SALAD
  • BLEND COOKED APPLE INTO A SQUASH SOUP
  • FOLD CHOPPED APPLE INTO A MUFFIN BATTER
  • BAKE APPLE CHIPS
  • ADD GRATED APPLE TO YOUR MORNING OATMEAL
  • BLEND WITH YOUR FRESHLY SQUEEZED/PRESSED VEGGIE JUICE
  • DIP WITH ALMOND BUTTER
  • BAKE IN THE OVEN AT 350 DEG FOR 45 MIN (REMOVE THE CORE, ADD SOME PLUMS AND CINNAMON
